RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This page explains how cancellations, returns, damaged items and refunds are handled. Because fireworks are regulated explosive products, they must never be returned through the ordinary postal network.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has been prepared or dispatched.

Change-of-mind returns

Please notify us by email or another written method within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel or discuss a return. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale.

Because fireworks are regulated explosive products, any approved return must be made using an appropriate authorised hazardous-goods carrier. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the cost of the authorised return or collection. We can help arrange the specialist collection, and we will confirm the cost before proceeding.

Do not send fireworks through Royal Mail, a parcel carrier or any ordinary postal service. Contact us first so we can confirm whether the return is eligible and explain the safe arrangements available.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. Keep the product and all packaging, and do not dispose of it, until we have advised you what to do.

Where goods are damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of an authorised return or collection where required.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and checked, we will confirm the outcome. Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where applicable, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned. Bank processing times vary, so the funds may take several working days to appear after a refund has been issued.

Delivery charges and any return or collection costs will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights and the reason for the return. Where the law requires us to refund delivery charges or reasonable return costs, these will be included.

Items that have been used

For safety reasons, do not attempt to return or transport a firework that has been lit, partially fired, damaged after use or failed to function. Keep people away from it, do not relight it and contact us for safety advice.
