You can order through our website or visit our Manchester store. Add your chosen products to the basket, proceed to checkout and select one of the available delivery, collection and payment options.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods currently available will be displayed at checkout. Depending on your order, these may include card payment and payment on collection.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but an order may not be changed or cancelled once it has been prepared or dispatched.
How do I know which fireworks are suitable for my event?
Product descriptions provide information about each firework or display pack. If you need help choosing products for your available space, occasion or budget, contact our team before ordering.
Delivery and collection
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to eligible UK Mainland addresses. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, offshore islands or locations our specialist carrier cannot safely service.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders below £250: £29.95

Why does firework delivery cost more than ordinary parcel delivery?
Fireworks are regulated explosive products and cannot be sent through the ordinary postal network. Orders must be transported by an appropriate specialist delivery service.

Deliveries are normally made on weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. If your order is required for a particular event, please order in good time.
Does someone need to be present for delivery?
Yes. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the order. The carrier may request photographic identification. Fireworks will not be left unattended or in a nominated safe place.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The carrier may arrange another delivery or return the order to us. A reasonable redelivery or return charge may apply where permitted. Please contact us for assistance.

Returns and problems
Can I return fireworks if I change my mind?
Contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Fireworks must only be returned using an authorised hazardous-goods service.
Can I post fireworks back to you?
No. Never send fireworks through Royal Mail, an ordinary parcel carrier or another standard postal service. Contact us first so we can confirm whether the return is eligible and arrange a safe collection where appropriate.
What should I do if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. Keep the product and all packaging until we tell you what to do.
What should I do if a firework fails to operate?
Do not approach it immediately and never attempt to relight it. Keep people away, follow the safety instructions supplied with the product and contact us for advice. Do not attempt to transport or return a firework that has been lit or partially fired.
How will I receive an approved refund?
Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Once issued, the funds may take several working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
