18+ ONLY — YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO PURCHASE
How We Deliver?
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Choose specialist delivery to an eligible UK Mainland address or collect your order from our Manchester store. Because fireworks are age-restricted products, the person receiving or collecting an order must be aged 18 or over.
Specialist delivery
Fireworks cannot be sent through the ordinary postal network. We use an independent specialist delivery service, with deliveries normally made on weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Free collection
Select collection at checkout where available. Collection is free from Unit 11, Astra Business Park, Manchester, M17 1SU.
Delivery areas and charges
We currently deliver to eligible UK Mainland addresses only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, offshore islands or locations that our specialist carrier cannot safely service.
| Order value | Delivery charge |

| £0–£249.99 | £29.95 |
| £250 and over | Free delivery |
Receiving your delivery
Enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout and make sure an adult aged 18 or over is available to receive and sign for the order. The carrier may ask for suitable photographic identification. Fireworks will not be left unattended, in a safe place or with anyone under 18.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will deliver within the agreed period and, unless a different period has been agreed, no later than 30 days after the order contract is formed.
Please plan ahead. If your fireworks are needed for a particular event, order in good time and contact us before ordering if the date is critical.
Missed or unsuccessful deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible adult is present, suitable identification is not available, access is restricted or the address is incorrect, the carrier may return the order or arrange another delivery. A reasonable redelivery or return charge may apply where permitted and will be explained before further arrangements are made.
